We bring the IoT to every corner of the planet with our constellation of low-orbit satellites.

Thanks to our 5G NTN (Non-Terrestrial Network) technology, any standard device can connect directly to our satellites.

We offer affordable interoperability between terrestrial and satellite networks.

Here you can see our constellation in action!

Our dual technology is designed to provide secure and reliable communications for both governments and businesses.

We monitor, supervise, and control critical infrastructures, supporting border surveillance, crisis response, and tactical communications.

Our technology is developed and managed in Europe, backed by the European Commission and with an active role in the ESA’s NTN committee.

Optimizing the use of water, energy, and other essential resources.

Farmers adjust irrigation based on soil moisture and weather conditions, preventing water waste.

Livestock producers optimize diet, movement, and animal welfare through connected sensors, reducing unnecessary losses.

Both can activate or deactivate equipment, lighting, or ventilation through remote monitoring, thereby lowering energy consumption.

Connecting logistics from origin to destination, with no blind spots.

Logistics operators monitor their cargo at any point along the route and across the globe: temperature, location, impacts, or humidity — even at sea.

They also optimize routes and schedules thanks to precise data, reducing fuel costs and delays.

In addition, they automate supply chain control, minimizing errors, losses, and response times.

Bringing science and conservation to every corner of the planet.

We collaborate with NGOs to protect ecosystems and vulnerable wildlife, and we provide the available capacity of our satellites free of charge to projects with social and environmental impact.

About Sateliot

Sateliot was founded in 2018 to connect the world from space. We have placed six satellites in orbit and signed contracts worth more than €270 million in over 50 countries ready to receive our service. The goal is to reach €1 billion in revenue by 2030. Our shareholders include the Spanish government through SETT and Sepides, Indra, and Cellnex, among others.

We connect what sustains the world

Governments, institutions and companies trust Sateliot to connect what is still disconnected. Today, only 20% of the planet has terrestrial coverage. But our constellation of 5G satellites is designed to bring connectivity where there is none, to crops, livestock, containers, ecosystems and remote communities. From space, we help monitor the planet, optimise resources and bridge the digital divide where it is most needed.

Technological nonconformists

At Sateliot, we don’t just adopt the 5G NTN standard: we have defined it together with 3GPP—the organization that sets global telecommunications standards—and the GSMA, which represents the world’s leading mobile operators. This marks a turning point in satellite connectivity, making it more accessible, interoperable, and useful for the great challenges facing our society.

Europe's first 5G satellite development center

From Barcelona, we design, manufacture, and operate the constellation that will connect millions of devices across the globe.

We are building a leading aerospace hub in Europe that places Spain at the heart of global NewSpace. Discover our R&D laboratory, our operations room, and our Clean Room: spaces where we are already shaping the future of connectivity. Find out more.

People
and talent

We are a diverse and highly qualified team,
with engineers and professionals from more than a dozen countries. Many of us have returned to Barcelona from major European centers, attracted by the opportunity to build a project with real impact. We share a common vision and a passion for innovation.

Satellite Operations

Our Satellite Operations Team ensures the continuous performance and reliability of our satellite constellation. They monitor systems 24/7, perform maneuvers, and manage data flow between space and ground segments.

Commercial Team

Our Commercial Team builds partnerships and develops markets for our innovative satellite services. They work with clients across industries to create tailored solutions that leverage our cutting-edge technology.

Satellite Platform

The Satellite Platform Team designs and develops the core technology that powers our satellite constellation. They work on advanced communication systems, power management, and spacecraft architecture.

Integration with Operators

Our Integration Team works closely with telecommunications operators worldwide to ensure seamless connectivity between our satellite network and existing terrestrial infrastructure.

Enviromental.

Satellite 5G technology to optimise the use of water, energy and fuel in essential sectors such as agriculture, livestock and fishing. And a commitment to a cleaner space: we adhere to the ESA’s Responsible Space Statement to prevent space debris and protect astronomical observation.

Social.

We collaborate with UNESCO on the Sateliot Impact Challenge, training young people and teachers in remote areas, promoting digital entrepreneurship, critical thinking, and STEM vocations.

Governance.

We promote an ethical, responsible, and transparent culture. Our structure includes national and international institutional shareholders, corporate governance practices aligned with European standards, and a firm commitment to the traceability and security of our operations.
