Jaume Sanpera

CEO

Jaume Sanpera, CEO of Sateliot, is a telecom executive with nearly 30 years of experience and a leading figure in Spanish tech entrepreneurship. Founder of companies such as Eurona and Ambientum, his ventures have achieved strong international presence. At Sateliot, he guides the company’s strategic vision and growth while overseeing investor relations. Widely recognized in media and industry forums, Jaume is known for his insights on innovation and the future of connectivity.

Marco Guadalupi

Marco Guadalupi, Telecommunications Engineer from the University of Bologna and Technical Director at Sateliot, has over 20 years of experience in broadband and satellite telecommunications. He leads the technical development of Sateliot’s 5G IoT space architecture. Marco oversees the Tritó satellite generation and the 5G Satellite Development Center in Barcelona, and contributes to 3GPP standards for non-terrestrial networks. He represents Sateliot in the ESA NTN Forum and GSMA 5G IoT and NTN groups.

Carlos Riopedre

Carlos Riopedre, Managing Director and Board Member of Sateliot, holds degrees in Economics and Actuarial Sciences from the University of Barcelona and executive programs from IESE and ISDI. With more than 20 years of experience in the Telco and IT sectors, he has held senior roles including CEO and General Manager and served over a decade as a board member. Carlos has led startups through high-growth stages, international expansion, M&A processes, and fundraising. At Sateliot, he oversees corporate strategy, regulatory and public affairs, ESG initiatives, and corporate communications.

Gianluca Redolfi

Gianluca Redolfi, CCO of Sateliot, has over 15 years of experience in the telecom and digital sectors, including senior CMO and CCO roles. After working in more than eight countries across Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa, he brings strong multicultural and commercial expertise. At Sateliot, he leads global sales and commercial strategy. Gianluca combines strategic vision with a hands-on approach in branding, marketing, and customer analytics, driving growth in international markets.

Jose Carrero

CFO

José Carrero, CFO at Sateliot, holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the Complutense University of Madrid and a Master’s in International Relations and Foreign Trade from Aliter. With over 20 years of financial leadership experience in multinational, publicly traded companies backed by venture capital and private equity, he has managed capital increases, venture debt, IPOs, M&A processes, and complex financial restructurings.
At Sateliot, he leads the company’s financial strategy, oversees budgeting and funding, manages investor and banking relations, and ensures the financial strength needed to support Sateliot’s global growth and satellite constellation expansion.

Albert Pujol

Albert Pujol, Chief Innovation Officer at Sateliot, brings over 20 years of experience in public funding and R&D+i. With academic distinctions in Philosophy, Audiovisual Communication, and postgraduate studies in innovation, he has led innovation teams across multiple sectors and secured more than €100 million in project funding. At Sateliot, he oversees all innovation and R&D efforts, driving the company’s participation in key European and international innovation programs.

Ramón Roca

Board Member

President of the Ros Roca Group since 1998.

Ramon Roca combines the management of the company with other representative positions such  presidency of the Fundació Fòrum Ambiental and the Saló Smart City Expo World Congress of Fira de Barcelona.

Member of the board of trustees of FEMCAT – Fundació Privada d’Empresaris de Catalunya and, between 2008 and 2016, he will be president of the Social Council of the University of Lleida.

His extended career has been recognized with various distinctions, such as the Business Internationalization Award at the IX edition of the Economy and Business Awards, the Business Strategy Award, the World Business Award for Catalonia for the International Success, and the Award from the National Association of Public Environmental Companies (ANEPMA) in the category of Best Private Company 2012.

David Cortacans

Background of more than 30 years in Financial Industry, 25 of which in Banco Santander, where he hold different positions of responsibilty in corporate and Institucional banking. In 2018 he joined JB CAPITAL MARKETS and two years ago he changed to BESTINVER SECURITIES, in both cases, as Senior Advisor in the area of Investment Banking, looking for debt, equity and M&A solutions for all kinds of iberian companies.
He is also member of various Boards of Directors in different sectors of activity.
He has a degree in Economics from Universitat de Barcelona and a Master’s degree from IADE (Universidad Autónoma de Madrid).
Alex Mestre

He has held senior roles at Cellnex Telecom, Abertis Telecom, Sony, and Retevisión, and currently serves as Senior Advisor at McKinsey & Co., Board Director at Satelio IOT Services, and IFC Nominee Director at Connectis Tower, alongside other consultancy positions. He holds an MBA in International Business Management, a Telecommunications Engineering degree, and executive education from IMD, IESE, and London Business School.

Ana Ribó

With more than 30 years of experience—first as a corporate lawyer and, over the past two decades, as a corporate litigator—Ana has developed deep expertise in dealing with a company’s day-to-day legal issues as well as in managing conflicts efficiently when they arise. She is ranked Band 1 in her specialty by Chambers & Partners.
Ana also has extensive experience designing, implementing, and reviewing compliance frameworks.
At Sateliot, Ana will support the Board in making informed, timely decisions as it navigates the sector’s most significant strategic and regulatory challenges, bringing a pragmatic, business-centered approach grounded in risk management and governance rigor.
